Weight training programs are structured based on health, goals and lifestyle. Weights, cardiovascular intervals, circuit training and functional exercise are the main focus. Integrating Pilates based postures allow for greater core stability and less chance of injury. Keeping clients motivated and injury free are my main concerns. Let’s keep it fun!
HEALTH COACHING
A Health Coach is a health promoter, educator and an active partner in unlocking the potential each client has to living a healthy lifestyle. Health coaches guide their clients to make weight-related behavioral changes through goal-setting, education, motivation and program support. Health Coaching brings a unique understanding of the intertwined emotional, behavioral, physical, nutritional, exercise, and lifestyle factors to clients to help them enhance their well-being and support them as they strive to reach their lifestyle and weight management goals.

Private Hatha Yoga instrucation available in person or virtual.
CONSULTING
Fitness consults and programs are created to suit everyone individually. All consults are available in person, e-mail or phone.
PUBLIC SPEAKING
Available for motivational speeches for corporations and companies that would like to motivate staff into partaking in a healthier lifestyle. Alana is also a member of SAG and AFTRA.
